“After obtaining my engineering degree in materials science at the University of Burgundy (France), I started my PhD in 2022 in lasers, matter and nanosciences at the University of Bordeaux (ICMCB). I am currently working on femtosecond laser inscription of functionalities inside glass followed by chemical wet etching in order to create infrared photonic components. My ambition is to control the nano/micro processing of special infrared glasses by laser writing or surface texturing for the fabrication of functional elementary blocks with unique topology, morphology and properties for the design of integrated and robust infrared optical components and devices. A prototype of glass-embedded infrared microspectrometer for microfluidic analysis is being considered. »
